Annual wellness and preventive exams, age-appropriate screenings, blood pressure and cholesterol screening, diabetes screening, cancer-screening recommendations, immunization review, and preventive health planning.
What we treat
Primary care for everyday health needs.
Sick visits and school/sports physicals are included for members at no additional visit charge. Non-members can still book these services separately, subject to availability.
Chronic Conditions
Ongoing primary-care management of common conditions such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes and prediabetes, thyroid disorders, asthma, and other stable chronic conditions appropriate for outpatient primary care.
Sick & Acute Visits
Included for members at no additional visit charge. Non-members may schedule sick visits for $65 when appointments are available. In-office flu, COVID-19, strep, and urine testing are included when clinically appropriate. We treat common illnesses and appropriate minor concerns.
Medication Management
Medication review, routine prescription management, refill assessment, monitoring for effectiveness and side effects, and adjustment of medications when clinically appropriate.
Women's & Men's Health
Routine primary-care concerns, preventive screening recommendations, sexual health discussions, contraception counseling, and evaluation of common men's and women's health concerns within the scope of primary care.
Mental Health
Evaluation and ongoing primary-care management of common concerns such as anxiety and depression when appropriate, including medication management and referral to behavioral-health specialists when needed.
Pediatric Primary Care · Ages 5+
We see children ages 5 and up. Routine care includes well-child visits, common childhood illnesses, preventive guidance, and follow-up. Eligible children ages 5–20 may enroll as an additional child with an enrolled parent or guardian. Vaccines are not currently available in our office. We can review immunization records, recommend appropriate vaccines, and help families find an outside vaccination provider. We do not dismiss patients solely because they choose not to follow a recommended vaccine schedule. We respect patient and parent/guardian autonomy and make care plans together through informed discussion.
School & Sports Physicals
Included for eligible members at no extra visit charge. Non-members can book a school or sports physical for $50. Please bring the required forms. Outside testing may cost extra. Vaccines are not administered at our office.
Care Coordination
Review of outside records, specialist referrals, follow-up after urgent or emergency care, coordination of testing, and helping you understand what should happen next in your care.
Lab Services & Outside Testing
We work with Quest Diagnostics, with blood draws available in our office or at a local Quest patient service center. Insurance may be used subject to coverage; negotiated cash prices are available for uninsured patients. Results are available through your patient portal. Laboratory and imaging charges are separate from membership.
Lifestyle & Weight Management
Nutrition, activity, sleep, stress, and weight concerns are part of ongoing primary care, including discussion of medication options when appropriate. There is no separate weight-management membership fee.
Specialty Care
If your concern requires care beyond the scope of the practice, we'll help guide you toward an appropriate specialist or other level of care.
Sick & acute care
When something comes up, start with us.
Established members can contact Cary Primary Care when a new illness or health concern comes up. Depending on the problem, care may be provided through an office visit, telehealth, or messaging when clinically appropriate.
Same-day or next-day appointments may be available when clinically appropriate and scheduling allows.
Not an urgent care or emergency service.
Cary Primary Care is not an urgent care or emergency service. Patients with potentially serious or time-sensitive symptoms may be directed to urgent care, an emergency department, or another appropriate level of care.
Some conditions may require evaluation or ongoing management by a physician, specialist, or multidisciplinary team. We do not provide chronic opioid therapy or routine long-term controlled-substance management.
